AntiqueTrack Merchant Onboarding

AntiqueTrack Email & Merchant Setup Guide
Effective: 1/26/26

To improve merchant support and account recovery, all new AntiqueTrack merchants are now
provisioned with an AntiqueTrack-managed email address. This ensures we can assist with
password recovery and account access issues quickly and securely.

Example email format:
myshop@antiquetrack.com


Part 1: Create the Merchant Email Account

Step 1: Log into the AntiqueTrack Email Server

Credentials can be found within BitWarden. Reach out to Rate Tracker IT if access is needed.

 

Step 2: Navigate to Domain Settings

  • Click More
  • Select Domain Settings

Step 3: Create the Email Address

  1. Click New
  2. Enter the shop name as the email prefix
    • Example: myshop@antiquetrack.com
  3. Multi-chain stores:
    • Create an email for each store
    • Use clear, identifiable names (e.g., myshop_knoxville@antiquetrack.com)
  4. Set the password to:
    • !AntiqueTrack1
  5. Save the email account

 

Part 2: Create the Merchant in AntiqueTrack

Step 4: Open the Network Dashboard

Step 5: Log Into the Network Dashboard

Password:
NetworkAdmin2025!

Step 6: Start Merchant Onboarding

  • Click Onboard New Merchant

Step 7: Enter Merchant Information

Complete the following fields:

  • Account holder name
  • Phone number
  • Email address (use the AntiqueTrack email you just created)
  • Company / store name
  • Any additional required information

Step 8: Create the Merchant Account

  • Click Create Merchant Account

 

Part 3: Retrieve Merchant User ID (For Terminal Setup)

  • Click View Merchants
  • Locate the newly created merchant
  • Copy the User ID
  • This User ID is required for terminal and hardware setup

 

Notes & Best Practices

  • Always use the AntiqueTrack-managed email for new merchants
  • Do not use personal or store-owned emails during onboarding
  • Keep naming consistent, especially for multi-location merchants
  • If unsure which merchant email to use, contact AntiqueTrack support before proceeding
